DubaiHomes Property Services L.L.C. ("DubaiHomes," "we," "us") takes the privacy of every buyer, seller, tenant, and visitor to our website seriously. This notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data we collect
When you send us a brief via the contact form or chat, we collect your name, email, phone number, the nature of your enquiry, and the message content. When you call our office, we retain the call metadata (number, duration, time) for twelve months for compliance purposes; we do not record calls unless we have given you explicit notice.
When you view a property with us, we hold a scanned copy of your passport or Emirates ID for the purposes of tower-access and anti-money-laundering verification. These copies are deleted thirty days after the transaction closes or the viewing relationship ends.
Why we process your data
The lawful bases under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) on which we process your data are: the performance of a contract you have entered into with us, compliance with legal obligations including RERA and Central Bank AML/CFT obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our service to you.
Sharing with third parties
We share data with: the Dubai Land Department and the RERA, in the course of registering transactions; our appointed trustee office for transfer processing; the landlord or seller of a property you have expressed an interest in, so that we can pass on your offer or brief; the developer of a property, where a No Objection Certificate or off-plan booking form is required; our outside auditors and legal advisers; and the cloud infrastructure providers that host this website.
How long we keep your data
For closed transactions we retain the transaction file for seven calendar years from the year of transfer, as required by UAE AML regulations. For live enquiries that did not result in a transaction, we retain the brief for two years before deletion. You can request erasure at any time, subject to statutory retention.
AI-assisted chat
Our property pages include an AI-assisted chat — Dana — that answers questions grounded in the specific property's record. Conversations are retained on our servers for ninety days in aggregated form for quality assurance and model-refinement. Personally-identifying content is stripped from these logs after thirty days unless you have explicitly asked to be contacted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, to erase data we are no longer obliged to retain, and to object to processing that relies on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dubaihomes.ae — we respond within five working days.

This website uses functional cookies to remember your session and analytics cookies via Plausible Analytics (a privacy-respecting provider that does not set identifiers persistent across sessions). No advertising cookies are set.
