We comply with the RERA Code of Ethics issued by the Dubai Land Department. That means, among other things:
- We do not list a property on this site without the written permission of the owner.
- We do not dual-represent buyer and seller in the same transaction without written disclosure.
- We do not market a property we are not authorised to market.
- We do not quote prices that have not been confirmed in writing by the seller or landlord.
- We maintain AED 2 million of professional indemnity insurance with Orient Insurance, valid until 30 June 2026.
